Warranty
Manufacturing Standard, LLC warrants that all OEM and ODM products manufactured since 2005 conform to the agreed specifications and industry standards. This comprehensive warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship but explicitly excludes damages resulting from improper use, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or improper storage conditions.
Standard warranty period: 6 months for metal components/ plastic/composite parts, starting from the delivery date. Extended warranty options are available upon request for certain product categories. For warranty claims, contact our customer service team at info@ManufacturingStandardLLC.com.
Surface Finish and Dimensional Tolerance
Unless explicitly specified by the Buyer in the purchase order, Manufacturing Standard applies industry-standard surface treatments appropriate for the intended application. As our standard procedure, all metal components receive a protective anti-corrosion treatment (light rust-preventive oil for steel components, anodization for aluminum parts).
Our precision manufacturing maintains dimensional tolerances of ±0.1" for CNC machined parts and ±0.1" for stamped components unless tighter tolerances are specified and agreed upon. In the absence of specific surface finish requirements, Manufacturing Standard maintains a 125 Ra microinch finish for machined surfaces. Manufacturing Standard, LLC shall not be held liable for minor surface imperfections or acceptable dimensional tolerances that do not affect product functionality or application.
Inspection and Claims
Buyer shall thoroughly inspect all goods within 5 business days of receipt using appropriate quality control procedures. Any claims for shortages, visible defects, or dimensional non-conformance must be submitted in writing to info@ManufacturingStandardLLC.com with supporting photographic evidence and measurement data.
Claims for defects or non-conformance must be made within 5 calendar days of receipt. For latent defects that cannot be discovered through reasonable inspection, claims must be submitted within 7 days of discovery. Failure to notify within these periods shall be deemed as full acceptance of the goods.
If Manufacturing Standard verifies the claim, we will, at our discretion, offer: (1) repair of the defective product, (2) replacement with a conforming product, (3) partial refund based on the severity of the defect, or (4) full refund for severely defective products. Return shipping for verified claims will be covered by Manufacturing Standard.
